TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Slick Talk, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). 1. Services Provided

Slick Talk Media Center offers a variety of media-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Content Creation

  • Media Distribution

  • Multimedia Consulting

  • Marketing, Promotion, Sponsorships, and Ads

  • Event Promotion

  • Public Relations

  • Artist Relations

Details and deliverables for each service will be outlined in individual contracts or agreements provided to clients.

2. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All service prices are provided in a formal quote or contract prior to the start of any work.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to confirm your booking.

  • Payment Schedule: Full payment must be received 24 hours after the project’s completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Late Payments: A late payment fee of 10% may apply if invoices are not paid within the agreed timeframe.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility for services rendered will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of project completion.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of services, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing necessary materials, information, and approvals within agreed timelines.

  • Ensuring that all content provided to us does not infringe on third-party copyrights or violate laws.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: Final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.

  • Company Rights: We retain the right to use non-confidential portions of completed projects for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Media Usage and Distribution

Clients must adhere to usage guidelines for any media distributed through Slick Talk Media Center. Unauthorized alterations or redistribution of content may result in legal action.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Slick Talk Media Center shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • The client breaches these Terms.

  • Unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to continue providing services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be settled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction].
